Primarily, I’m a writer.  I’d say I’m an artist and a gamer as well.  I’m a mom and have been married almost 18 years now.  I have two kids, 9 and 11.

I’m Wiccan, which has influenced my writing in a number of ways; covertly in the Dirandan Chronicles (see if you can tell me how!) and overtly in the story “Once in a Blue Moon” as well as obviously in my articles for Llewellyn and the book I wrote for authors, “What is Wicca”.

I love SF and fantasy, having grown up on Tolkien but my main influences in my 20s and 30s has been Zelazny (primarily Amber Chronicles).  I’m something of an amateur historian and love to research corruption in political structures, which definitely comes out in my work.  (Don’t ask me why I do it, I’ve been asked a number of times and my answer is: “I don’t know”.)  Apparently I like to write political fiction.

Among other things, I like music, video games and computers.  I love my kids, who are amazing and fun and love the same stuff I do, and my husband who has pretty much been pushing me in my writing to find the limits and exceed them, which is why I write erotic science fiction.  You can ask me about that, I have quite a bit to say on the subject.

Arizona author Tabitha Bradley is the author of  7 books including The Misadventures of Alex T’Kayn, Treasure Hunter and Peacekeeper as well as several articles for Llewellyn Worldwide’s “Witches Datebook” and “Witches Calendar”.  Her  latest articles for Llewellyn will be appearing in the 2012 editions of  “The Witches Datebook” and “The Witches Companion”.

In addition to writing, Tabitha is also a freelance book editor and professional digital artist.  Her artistic work has been featured on the covers of her Dirandan Chronicles series for Renaissance as well as other books from the same publisher.  She maintains a full gallery of her work on her blog, Diranda Studios.
